This album is a deeply personal journey. A collection of songs written and recorded over the past 24 months, a period marked by prolific, life changing events. Each track reflects on moments of struggle, growth, love and resilience.
These songs are my way of making sense of the chaos and beauty that coexist in life’s battles. My hope is that my music reaches into your heart and touches your soul, offering a space for reflection, connection and healing.

NOLA Sessions - Part Deux
Frank Sintich Music
My second trip to Louisiana to record music and continue expanding on my love of the French Quarter and New Orleans. This project was recorded at Marigny Studios in New Orleans and Songcraft 2000 Studios in Portage Indiana. These three songs are a blend of fact, fiction, finding love, voodoo, magic, and assorted crazy experiences in New Orleans.

My Mission
Frank Sintich
The song is a commitment to my children, a promise to provide unwavering support and guidance throughout their lives. The past few years have been a period of significant personal transformation, following a break up and a subsequent journey of self-discovery. This experience has profoundly shaped my perspective, and I'm writing to share some reflections on this period of growth and renewed focus on my family.
Everything You Wanted
Frank Sintich
“Everything You Wanted” is the first song I wrote following knee replacement surgery, during which I was not very creative. It expresses my experiences during recovery, and also as a heartfelt tribute to loved ones whose support were instrumental in my healing. Their compassion and assistance profoundly impacted my recovery.
BCC
Frank Sintich
Several years ago, a friend received a diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma. While the case was mild and treatable, posing no life-threatening risk, the experience impacted me. To commemorate their resilience and the importance of maintaining a positive outlook, I composed this instrumental piece designed to evoke feelings of hope and optimism.
What Are You Gonna Do
Frank Sintich
The song addresses the lack of self-awareness and its impact on interpersonal relationships, focusing on situations where individuals have caused harm to others and face the loss of those relationships.
It delves into the process of understanding one’s actions, accepting responsibility, and navigating the emotional challenges that follow.
Toast to the Lost
Frank Sintich
Meant to honor the living, and those we have lost, for their courage, resilience, and unwavering pursuit of their dreams. Their journeys remind us of the importance of embracing challenges, venturing beyond the familiar, and striving for meaningful goals. Each of us possesses the capacity to achieve remarkable things. Let their memories motivate us to pursue our own aspirations, to overcome obstacles, and to seize every opportunity that comes our way.
Inspired by the horrific events of New Year's Eve 2024 in New Orleans. "Hasn’t Stopped Raining Yet," captures the unanswered questions that remain in the wake of that tragedy. The lyrics explore the cyclical nature of violence and hatred, using the image of unending rain to symbolize the seemingly unstoppable tide of domestic terrorism.
This song is not merely a lament; it is a plea for healing and a call for change. It's a dedication to the strength and resilience of our community, especially my brothers and sisters who live and work in the heart of the French Quarter. We have witnessed profound loss, and I hope this song offers a space for shared reflection and the beginning of a path toward healing and remembrance.
Blank
Frank Sintich
A look into the feeling when nothing gets you moving. "Blank" dives into being weighed down by everything happening around you and finding the resolve to get going and find joy again.
